What People Say
This is the most remarkable play. It’s truly unique. It’s brilliantly done. Its fabulously conceptualized and brings out the uniqueness of one of India’s greatest legends and probably the greatest musician India has produced – Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia.
And the great thing about this musical is the beautiful conceptualisation, the lovely acting particularly the bansuri – the actor who played the role of Bansi and the gorgeous music. The music is so built in the show that it takes you to another level. It reveals many facets of Panditji, but it truly brings out his uniqueness.
This play is a must watch for every Indian! My compliments for all those who produced the show. Thank you!

I have been a long-time admirer of Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia Ji. Over the years, I have heard his solo programs on CDs, and later, of course, on YouTube. I have also attended his live programs and have always been a great fan of his classical music renderings.
Today, I was truly fortunate to experience his life’s journey. The way the entire show was put together was outstanding — the direction, the script, the rendering of the music, the instruments, and the whole concept brought back great memories of his music over the years.
May God bless Hariprasad Chaurasia Ji with long life, happiness, and good health.

Completely mesmerized by the show. What I loved about it was that it was so simple and so straightforward, yet the narrative was so beautifully woven. Though it was about Hariprasad Chaurasia ji, you learn so many facets not only about him and his family, but also about the contribution he made to Indian cinema and Hindi cinema.
The protagonists, both male and female, were absolutely outstanding. The musicians were brilliant, and the singers were truly top-notch. All in all, it was a fabulous production, and I really wish it very well.

So wonderful — words cannot express the feeling that I have experienced today. What a life of Hariji. He is a genius, we all know. But to go through his life journey has been really, really overwhelming. What shall I say? I have no words to say anything. I wish many people will see this. Hariji is a great artist, a great human being, and I feel very attached to Hariji, his family, especially Rajeev and Kasturi. They are wonderful. What a thing they have done for me. It will go a long way in history. I wish Hariji shata ayu bhavatu. Thank you so much

It was an evening of sheer joy.The stage show was an ingenious innovation. It was minimal, with only a handful of musicians and just two actors.Between them they covered Pandit ji's life and his distinguished musical career with effortless ease. The audience was spellbound, as you could feel from the applause.
Both the actors were remarkably versatile.
